Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964) (dir. Stanley Kubrick) It's been hard to write about fiction lately. I wonder why? Well, there's another movie besides Idiocracy that seems to indicate where we're headed. No surprise, it's another Kubrick masterpiece.
Johnny Guitar (1954) (dir. Nicholas Ray) I know I just wrote about Nicholas Ray's last film too, but I've watched this twice in one week in preparation for a new podcast about Westerns and I couldn't help but make this the next entry.
