Episode 242: Favorite Films of 2025 (feat. Patrick Ripoll + Bill Ackerman)
2025 was not a good year on many levels for me but thank God for friends, family, music, cats, coffee, libraries and of course... movies. Here's a lot of them!
Bonus Episode: Bloodbeat (1983)
A strange half-hour bonus episode feat. Matt & Jesse and excerpts of people going WTF is this?? Bloodbeat is a singular holiday anomaly that I love.
Bonus Episode: Favorite Songs of 2025
A special bonus episode featuring 80 minutes of songs that I loved in 2025. More to come re: favorite records of 2025 on this new website soon!
B-Side Me #3: Fiona Apple
A brand-new music spin-off version of Director's Club, only this time, it's all about music co-hosted with my intelligent, talented fiancée Sharon.
Episode 241: Michael Ritchie (feat. Peter Sobczynski)
Dealt with the worst virus/head cold the past week but I made time to record another delightful episode featuring a long overdue return stint from a great Chicago film critic.
B-Side Me #2: Belle & Sebastian
A brand-new music spin-off version of Director's Club, only this time, it's all about music co-hosted with my intelligent, talented fiancée Sharon.
Bonus Episode: Jim & Patrick Watch The Entire Nightmare In Elm Street Series In One Day!
Happy Halloween! Sorry this showed up late, but hey, it did turn up at 6:06 which is close enough to 666. Stay to the end to hear a special guest cameo you won't want to miss!
